Jane Ryerson has been in banking for 26 1/2 years. She started her banking career in 1975 as secretary to the President of Oxford Bank and Trust, after doing this for a year, she went into the lending department and did all of the clerical work that went with loans. She then took her lending experience with her as she began working for Bethel Savings Bank, now known as Northeast Bank. In 1987, while working for Northeast Bank, she was promoted to a loan officer and assistant vice president. Jane applied with Norway Savings Bank in October of 1997. They hired her immediately and she has been the VP/Br. Manager ever since in the Bethel Branch of the Norway Savings Bank. She handles all of the consumer and residential lending for the Bethel branch along with supervising the bank staff.

When Jane isn’t working she enjoys being with her husband, children, stepchildren and five grandchildren. She also loves to golf, bike, travel, read, garden, and ride horses.
