It's going to be a great mountainside neighborhood. The people we've met and have bought lots are good people. It's great to share the excitement surrounding this one-of-kind neighborhood with good vibe folks. If you're an owner at Mt. After a deluge of rainy days in the spring and early summer, we've been making great headway on the road development. You can now drive to many of the lots and enjoy the spectacular views that these lots offer. We hope you'll take note of the tremendous care in the quality of the roads we're building. The construction is superior to all other developments you see in the Sunday River area. Steve Swazey, our partner and road building mastermind will be constructing his dream home atop Mt. Will, so the joke is always, 'you know the road will be awesome to his driveway." All kidding aside, please check it out, building a road up the side of a mountain requires the best materials, engineering, specialized culverts and team to bring it all together into a high quality mountain roadway...
